Much of the work that we do is in partnership with other organizations and sectors. How effective are these partnerships – are they resulting in the outcomes that we were looking for? And how and where can we do better? This session is about how to review and evaluate the current partnerships that we have and developing action plans for making these partnerships more effective.

DAVID LEE is an Accredited Partnership Broker and PBA Practitioner-Trainer. He has over 15 years of experience leading and facilitating significant management and change initiatives with corporate, non-profit and government organizations. As a consultant and as the Executive Director of Organization Development at the John Howard Society of the Lower Mainland of BC, David has led and supported partnerships across sectors, particularly in social enterprises and non-profit supportive housing.

JOCELYNE DAW is a recognized leader and change maker in building authentic multiple- sector partnerships.   She has built a career spanning four decade bringing diverse stakeholders and organizations into partnerships and keeping them productive and progressive.  She is committed to helping people and organization’s build capacity to make their partnerships more effective and impactful. Jocelyne is an internationally published author and speaker in innovation and partnerships and is an Accredited Partnership Broker and an Authorized Partnership Practitioner Trainer for the global non-profit Partnership Brokers Association (PBA).

MARY PICKERING is an Accredited Partnership Broker and PBA Practitioner-Trainer and Mentor. She has over 25 years’ experience in the environmental non-profit sector and is currently VP – Strategy and Partnerships for The Atmospheric Fund, building collaborations to support urban climate solutions in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
