Bryan Woo is a cross-sector change leader who lifts entrepreneurial capacity for mission-driven impact. He is Chief Executive Officer with Community Housing Coverage, Inc. a new sector-led initiative unlocking insurance premium stability through bulk buying for non-profit housing providers. Simultaneously, Bryan shares his time as Managing Director with British Columbia Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA), driving comprehensive organizational strategies through a collaborative, relational, and analytical approach to accomplish mission and vision.

Previously, as a marketing executive in the cultural industry, Bryan generated career revenues of over $50 million through loyalty retention and customer satisfaction. Bryan also held strategic roles with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and National Research Council. Bryan serves on the board of the Canadian Society of Association Executives, is board Treasurer and Past President of two community organizations, and a national mentor with Business in the Arts.

Karim Chandani
North American Real Estate Managing Director & Cross Border Lead Hospitality Practice – HUB International

Karim Chandani plays multiple roles at HUB International. Firstly, as Managing Director of Real Estate in North America and Vice President of Hospitality, he works to assist clients across North America and find creative solutions to the endless challenges of rising insurance premiums.

As a Specialty Expert, he works with hoteliers, retirement homes and real estate owners, and large and small businesses to provide the best pricing and coverage options and insight into possible risks that may affect their businesses.
His goal with clients is to offer unique and valuable perspectives on today’s ever¬changing insurance market, help clients navigate alternatives, assist in providing ongoing advice and consultation, help clients avoid potential land mines, and educate on new issues and outcomes for the client’s insurance needs. Karim’s management skills help clients to focus on their business, which gives them the freedom to drive revenue.
