On February 28 2024, new Residential Tenancy Act regulations will come into effect for supportive housing. In anticipation of this shift, supportive housing providers are invited to attend an Ask the Lawyers panel hosted by BCNPHA. During the online learning event, RTA experts will discuss the implications of the proposed changes to the Residential Tenancy Regulations and providers will be offered an opportunity to ask questions to the panel directly. The panel moderated by BCNPHA will include representatives from De Jager Volkenant Barristers & Solicitors and Haddock & Company Lawyers, two firms with established expertise in supportive housing and the Residential Tenancy Act.
