Board Governance Basics
Outlines the fundamentals of non-profit board governance, and will help you understand your role and responsibilities as a board member.
RegisterBCNPHA has developed 12 self-serve online modules. These courses can be accessed from anywhere, day or evening, and are 30 days in length. Go at your own pace during a time that best suits you. Participants will leave with a certificate of completion upon a 70% passing grade, and plenty of take away resources!
$39 plus GST for BCNPHA members; $59 plus GST for non-members. No volume discounts.
The Board and Partnerships Modules may be taken in any sequence. It is recommended that you take them in the order listed below, but is not mandatory.
If you prefer a completely self-directed learning environment in a shorter time frame, then consider taking our modules which offer you the flexibility to go at your own pace within a 30-day time period.
If you prefer a more guided learning experience, our facilitated online course offers you the opportunity to interact with fellow students through discussion forums, and receive feedback and guidance on assignments and projects from your online instructor.
Both formats include checks for learning quizzes, resources, and completion certificates.
