Workflow Essentials & Change Management | Winter (Feb) 2025

February 24 to April 18, 2025

We are excited to launch a new course: Workflow Essentials & Change Management! This course was developed for organizations to examine their business workflows with the objective of recording processes and learning to apply change management. This hybrid course includes both self-directed learning and facilitator-led instructional discussion. You will have the opportunity to virtually discuss course concepts with other learners and a facilitator multiple times during the course.

This course will help you to develop an understanding of organizational workflows for better record management in household management and related tasks such as rent collection, unit turnover, inspections, and case management. Societies looking to modernize their IT and operations through cloud-based platforms will benefit from completing workflow analysis to prepare for these changes. Completing these steps ahead of time can ensure a smoother transition from current systems to integrated systems, such as Office 365 and property management software like Arcori PM.

Upon completion, you will be able to recognize the importance of business practices and workflow analysis, work through use cases in finance, maintenance, and household management, as well as create ready-to-use cases.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the benefits of and the major players responsible for workflow analysis
  • Map your organization’s workflows and evaluate potential opportunities for efficiencies
  • Recognize the challenges of implementing change and apply potential strategies to overcome these barriers
