What’s Next?
Once you complete your registration for a BCNPHA online course or module you will receive a welcome email with course details and login information from HousingU, BCNPHA’s online learning platform (learn@bcnpha.ca). If you do not receive a welcome email 24 hours prior to your course start date or upon registration of a 30-day module, please contact learn@bcnpha.ca for assistance.
Module intake is continuous throughout the year. You may register for a 30-day module at any time during the year.
You will receive your log-in details by email upon registering for a module. You can then log into HousingU at any time to start. You will have 30 days to complete the module from the date that you register. After the 30-day enrollment period, you will be automatically un-enrolled from the module. If you do not complete the module within 30 days, you will have to re-register for the module.
Online self-directed and facilitated courses are hosted in the Moodle learning management system (LMS). If you have any questions about the course content or Moodle please contact learn@bcnpha.ca.
Courses and modules are non-transferable. Any cancellations or changes to course registration by the registrant must be made in writing to learn@bcnpha.ca.
Cancellations received 7 days prior to a course’s starting date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course’s start date will receive a full refund, less a 20% processing fee. No refund will be given for 1) cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a course’s start date; or 2) for cancellations at any time prior to 30-day course modules (non-refundable).
If, for any reason, BCNPHA cancels a course or a module, registrants will receive a full refund. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed.

What’s Next?
After you complete your registration for a BCNPHA Online Learning Event, you will receive an email confirming your registration, and an email with access to the virtual learning platform.
To receive a refund of registration fees, registrants must provide a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for our Online Learning Events, not including the day of the session. Confirmation of cancellation must be provided to the BCNPHA Learning Coordinator by email at learn@bcnpha.ca.
If registrants are no longer able to attend the session, they are invited to find a proxy to attend the session in their place. If the registrant finds a proxy, they need to notify our Learning Coordinator of the change by email at learn@bcnpha.ca.
We ask that registrants communicate promptly when they are no longer able to attend a session, so that waitlisted individuals can have an opportunity to attend the session.
