In the best of times, it is crucial to ensure that senior citizens remain connected and supported – and now more than ever, following the outbreak of COVID-19 and social isolation protocol. She is the co-founder and serves on the Board of Directors for Whole Way House Society, The Veterans Memorial Housing Society and co-chairs the Business by the Book committee. She also serves on the BC Housing Supportive Housing Leadership Forum.

Susan Moore
Director Community Development & Tenant Support, Brightside Community Homes Foundation

Susan Moore has extensive experience developing collaborative programs in support of vulnerable older adult populations. Working in the areas of frontline service provision, asset-based community development and non-profit leadership, Susan is passionate about creating innovative collaborative programs to build community capacity and bridge the gaps in support for vulnerable and ‘at-risk’ seniors.
