Nominations for the BCNPHA Board of Directors is currently open until September 23, 2022.
Members of the Board of Directors are responsible for providing overall direction to BC Non-Profit Housing Association, including review and approval of the Association’s strategic objectives and policies. The Board is supported by BCNPHA’s Chief Executive Officer and staff.
Candidates will be elected by members of the BCNPHA at the Virtual AGM to be held in November 2022 (exact date to be announced).
This year, BCNPHA is seeking nominees to fill five Board positions:
- Director – Lower Mainland (3-year term)
- Director – At-Large (3-year term) – 2 positions
- Director – Interior (3-year term)
- Director – Vancouver Island (3-year term)
Any person who is a director or staff of a BCNPHA voting member in good standing may stand for election (only one person per agency may serve on the BCNPHA Board). Only voting members in good standing can nominate individuals to the Board. Voting membership consists of non‐profit housing provider members. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
