Welcome to BCNPHA’s new website!

Our mission is to serve our members and the entire non-profit housing sector across BC with the information and resources you need to deliver diverse affordable housing options. We want to ensure that when you look to BCNPHA for the latest tips and best practices, programs and services, that information is easily accessible.

That’s why we are thrilled to share with you our new BCNPHA website! This project is several months in the making, and reflects the input we heard in consultation with our members and staff. Right away you’ll notice that  has undergone a significant refresh and now has a clean, contemporary look.

Once you dive in you’ll discover many benefits to the new site. We have done extensive work to update the site’s navigation and improve the architecture so that the user experience is more intuitive. Visitors to the site will be able to discover education, resources and initiatives that are available to support the sector. The site is now fully responsive and mobile friendly so that you can access resources more easily while you’re on the go; faster load times makes finding information a seamless, efficient process.

The site adheres to international accessibility standards and legislation. We’ve incorporated accessibility features that can adjust the site’s content, colours and navigation to a user’s individual needs, as well as screen reader and keyboard navigation adjustments and features that support individuals with various disabilities. Content has been written through the lens of Reconciliation, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) principles.

We invite you to explore the new site, and discover some of the new content like monthly feature stories highlighting the amazing work of our members, showcasing an innovative Member Program that can support your organization, and case studies that help you learn the benefits of a wide range of projects from real-world examples.

We’d love to hear your thoughts! Please share your feedback and questions with us at .
