Resources for Organizational Learning
These resources can support an organization’s exploration of anti-racist work. Some of these resources are also included in the Continued Individual Learning section (below), because organizational change often comes from individual change.
Identifying and dismantling racist practices requires a deep look at an organization’s policies and structures with the understanding that an organization may not be aware their policies are perpetuating racism. It’s important to have these conversations at the board, leadership and staff level so that all members of an organization can be part of the anti-racism process.
