Truly authentic engagement is an essential component of work in the non-profit housing sector. Whether you’re connecting with long-time partners on an ongoing project, expanding your reach for an innovative housing development or embarking on wider community consultation for your new housing proposal, effective engagement is the cornerstone of your project’s success. In this 90-minute session, staff at all levels of your organization will learn how to undertake community and partner engagement at the community and system level. Participants will come away with an understanding of when and why to engage, as well as the promises of engagement and the strategic dos and don’ts for authentic engagement.
This session is capped at 80 participants. Please note that this session will not be recorded.
