Francois Bedard
CEO – Water Protec

Started at Water-Protec in 2015. He has have an extensive experience in reducing water damage claims. Francois worked with major insurance companies such as AVIVA, INTACT, DESJARDINS, PROMUTUAL, SGI, to develop programs to help support the prevention of Water Damage claims in Canada. Instrumental in developing a program for BCNPHA and its members with the help of AVIVA, Marsh and BCNPHA.

Sean Bremner
Director of Maintenance – Baptist Housing

I am the Director of Maintenance for Baptist Housing. Baptist Housing Ministries provides quality seniors housing to individuals from Victoria to Salmon Arm. We have 21 communities spread across the province. We have a strong partnership with BC Housing that has been going on for over 57 years along with working with the various healthcare partners throughout our portfolio. Our team consists of over 2500 team members and 2750 Residents. I am a Red Seal Carpenter having been involved various roles from business owner to project manager in the construction trade for the past 26 years. I am grateful that I get to work for an organization that sees the value in the use of technology and is willing to invest in our buildings, systems and team members to provide a high level of wellness to our Residents.
