Aaryn oversees all learning initiatives by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Kelowna. These include Thoughtfull, a workplace training and advising social enterprise, as well as Discovery College community courses. These programs provide information and build practical skills to support the mental health of individuals, families, workplaces, and communities.
