Everything you need to know about Tenant Insurance

Your tenants need tenant insurance. The tenant insurance program with Marsh Canada keeps both tenants and societies protected, provides much-needed benefits in a time of crisis and is low cost. Often, people mistakenly assume that the landlord’s insurance policy will cover tenant losses in the case of a claim. The reality is that the landlord’s insurance will only cover the landlord’s liability. Tenants insurance with Marsh Canada covers loss or damage to your contents caused by a number of insured events including fire, smoke damage, water damage, vandalism and theft. Hear from New Chelsea Society to find out they have benefitted from the Intact Tenants Insurance Program.  Marsh Canada will also discuss how easy it is to implement the program with your tenants.
