Christa Geddes is a Chartered Insurance Professional at Marsh and has been in the Insurance industry for 19 years. Christa has experience in group insurance programs with a strong focus on customer relationships and marketing of such programs.
Chief Executive Officer – New Chelsea Society
Pat Buchannon has been the CEO of New Chelsea Society for the past 24 years. A non-profit housing society and registered charity, New Chelsea provides affordable housing and supportive housing for approximately 3,000 low and moderate income seniors, families, and persons with disabilities at 20 property locations in the lower mainland with 1,432 units. He served on the BCNPHA board of directors for 6 years from 2012-2018, and prior to joining New Chelsea Society was the Assistant Director of Student Housing at UBC.
Director of Operations – New Chelsea Society
Scott is New Chelsea Society’s Director of Operations. He joined the Society in 2016 as an Operations Manager, then became a Property Portfolio Manager where he assisted in the acquisition of the formerly BC Housing directly managed Stamps Place property. He oversees the Society’s entire property operations.
