Benchmarking supports your retrofit strategy with an ongoing upload of energy use and GHG emission data for your buildings. BCNPHA’s free service informs retrofit stakeholders such as funders, contractors, and the government on how to empower your retrofit projects. It allows you to compare your building’s energy performance over time, against other buildings in your portfolio, and against other buildings in the sector.
