The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) will be held virtually on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
The Call for Resolutions 2021 package_ includes a BCNPHA resolutions form & information on the resolutions process. These forms will assist organizations seeking to develop a resolution for consideration at the AGM. The deadline for submitting resolutions by member organizations is Friday, October 8, 2021.
Please note that a Call for Expression of Interest for Nominations to the BCNPHA Board of Directors was sent by email on April 28, 2021.
All BCNPHA members are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting; however only housing provider members that are in good standing are entitled to vote at the meeting.
Associate members are not entitled to vote or to be elected to the Board of Directors. Non-voting members may speak to resolutions, with the permission of the Chair of the Meeting.
