The BCNPHA Board is seeking individuals who have a strong commitment to non-profit housing in BC to join the BCNPHA Board of Directors.
Members of the Board of Directors are responsible for providing overall direction to BC Non-Profit Housing Association, including review and approval of the Association’s strategic objectives and policies. The Board is supported by BCNPHA’s Chief Executive Officer and staff.
Candidates will be elected by members of the BCNPHA at the Virtual AGM to be held in November 2024 (exact date to be announced).
This year, BCNPHA is seeking nominees to fill 4 Board positions:
Any person who is a director or staff of a BCNPHA voting member in good standing may stand for election (only one person per agency may serve on the BCNPHA Board). Only voting members in good standing can nominate individuals to the Board. Voting membership consists of non‐profit housing provider members.

Nominees must complete the nomination process outlined in the nomination package linked above. The package includes a form and diversity matrix. Both the completed form and diversity matrix must be received at BCNPHA by September 23, 2024. Completed nomination packages should be forwarded to admin@bcnpha.ca.
Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
Call for resolutions
Please review the BCNPHA Resolutions Form & Information on the resolutions process. These forms will assist organizations seeking to develop a resolution for consideration at the AGM. The deadline for submitting resolutions by member organizations is October 4, 2024.
