Measuring and Maintaining Partnerships

Self-Directed Module

With a partnership agreement in place and the collaborative work well underway, it’s important to measure the success of the partnership so that you understand what’s working – and what could be improved. This module introduces several ways to measure and evaluate both progress on a partnership project and the overall health of a partnership relationship. You’ll be answering the following questions:

  • How can we measure the state of our partnership?
  • What are the ways to measure partnership or project/program outcomes?
  • How can we identify the traits of a healthy partnership?
  • How can we create a culture of collaboration and learning?
  • How can we best manage disagreements and conflict within partnerships?

This module is one of five in a series designed to help affordable housing providers make well-informed decisions about partnering.

  • Online, self-directed module
  • Participants have 30 days to complete
  • Module is one of five in the Partnerships curriculum
