BCNPHA will work closely with your society to create and implement a strong capital plan.
Having a well-informed capital plan is a critical piece of your society’s financial health. Knowing what repairs and equipment replacements need to happen, and when, means your society can budget properly for them and avoid costly surprises. BCNPHA supports your capital planning needs with online courses and in-person coaching at the Housing Central Conference and BCNPHA RENT events. We also have qualified staff who can use your Building Condition Assessment to create a capital plan for you.
NOTE: BCNPHA is offering a virtual RENT on June 16, and a virtual Housing Central Conference in November, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
