Up to $6,000 for an opportunity assessment
An opportunity assessment will provide you with an initial look at your building’s energy use and its overall efficiency. It’s a great way to identify which buildings in your portfolio to prioritize for retrofit projects. It will identify high-level energy efficiency improvements and note what funding may be available, helping you make informed decisions about which systems to retrofit. Our team of energy specialists and managers at BCNPHA can provide these fully funded opportunity assessments. Please complete a service request and we will be in touch shortly.
Up to $37,500 per site for a feasibility study
A feasibility study builds on the opportunity assessment by providing a comprehensive evaluation of systems. This includes a detailed strategy for your energy retrofit including basic design, costing, and technical feasibility.
Rebates for equipment upgrades
This includes heat pumps for space heating and cooling, LED lighting, heat pump domestic hot water heaters, heat pump rooftop units, windows, and motors.
