BCNPHA is seeking a consultant to do an environmental scan and key informant interviews to identify and assess content solutions and potential platforms to update our capital planning tool. At present, the capital planning tool is Excel-based and helps housing societies plan for building retrofits with tabs such as calculating funding shortfalls or surpluses, analyzing retrofit project details, and calculating cashflow.
We are updating the tool to better meet the needs of housing societies in their capital planning, portfolio planning, and energy efficiency goals. We encourage you to submit a proposal if you are knowledgeable about platforms that could support a capital planning and portfolio planning tool, the energy management landscape in BC, and the non-profit housing sector in BC.
The request for proposals closes on May 27.
