If you require assistance with registration to any of the Online Learning Events, or have any questions about how to access the Online Learning Event, please email: learn@bcnpha.ca.
After you complete your registration for a BCNPHA Online Learning Event, you will receive an email confirming your registration, and an email with access to the virtual learning platform.
To receive a refund of registration fees, registrants must provide a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for our Online Learning Events, not including the day of the session. Confirmation of cancellation must be provided to the BCNPHA Learning Coordinator by email at learn@bcnpha.ca.
If registrants are no longer able to attend the session, they are invited to find a proxy to attend the session in their place. If the registrant finds a proxy, they need to notify our Learning Coordinator of the change by email at learn@bcnpha.ca.
We ask that registrants communicate promptly when they are no longer able to attend a session, so that waitlisted individuals can have an opportunity to attend the session.
