The affordable housing sector is as diverse as the people it serves, and we know that non-profit housing providers face very different challenges from Port Alberni to Dawson Creek, and Smithers to Vancouver.

BCNPHA’s Regional Education, Networking & Tradeshow (RENT) events deliver locally focused opportunities for affordable housing stakeholders to gather for a day of professional development and networking on Vancouver Island and in the Lower Mainland, Interior and the North.

RENT events feature inspiring keynote plenaries and education sessions that speak to the needs and challenges our sector is facing in each region of BC. Participants are able to choose from sessions designed for board and executive leaders, frontline staff and asset management teams across themes including Indigenous housing, community living, seniors’ and youth housing, development and more – all delivered by a diverse mix of thought leaders, industry experts, and people with lived experience. Delegates also get access to the tradeshow, where they can learn about the latest products and services designed to support the non-profit housing sector.
