Energy benchmarking can help identify potential energy efficiency projects and operational improvements at one building or multiple buildings across your portfolio. BCNPHA’s Asset Management team provides a no-cost benchmarking service using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM). Join us to learn the basics of benchmarking and how to connect with BCNPHA to access this simple, no-cost service. A housing society will also share their experience working with BCNPHA to benchmark their portfolio and the benefits it as provided them.
