Building Condition Assessments Webinar

BUILDING CONDITION ASSESSMENT: THE FIRST STEP IN CAPITAL PLANNING

Developing a capital plan can help your organization plan and successfully carry out future building repair and renewal projects. The first step in developing a capital plan is understanding your building’s current condition and its upcoming repair and renewal needs. This is accomplished through a comprehensive building condition assessment (BCA) performed by a trained building professional. The BCA provides the capital planner with key information that is necessary when developing a capital plan. This webinar will provide you with an overview on BCA terms, definitions and processes so you can confidently get a BCA and plan for your portfolio’s future.
