An Overview

Join Susan Lucato, CPA, CGA, for an exclusive seminar tailored to NPO Leaders aiming to refine their financial stewardship skills.

Do you often sit at your board meeting, reviewing financial reports and statements and wonder what questions you should be asking? Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Notes – that’s a lot of information! What’s important? What’s not important? This seminar will guide you to fulfilling your fiduciary duties, asking the right questions, and ensuring your understanding of the organization’s overall financial position. This seminar is best suited to board members and staff without an accounting designation, who may be wondering how they can effectively contribute to the financial discussions.
