BCNPHA recently released an updated Policy Templates Guide, that gives non-profit housing providers a starting point to develop internal policies on a broad range of matters, from financial management, to governance and administration, to board and tenant-related matters.
This webinar will feature Brian Clifford, BCNPHA Policy Manager, and a representative from the law firm De Jager Volkenant, who provided BCNPHA with a legal review of the of the Guide. They will walk through the contents of the Guide, describe how to use it, and will answer any questions.

Luke is a partner with De Jager Volkenant, a charity law firm in Surrey. He provides legal advice to charities, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals in the areas of charity law, corporate/commercial law, and wills and estates. The firm represents organizations across the voluntary sector including faith organizations, private foundations, housing providers, schools, and international development agencies. Luke was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2008, and has served as a volunteer director with a large BC social housing agency.
