Supportive Housing Q&A: Tenancy Agreement Amendments

An Overview

Join BCNPHA and the Province for a follow-up Q&A session on supportive housing and the implementation of Bill 11. Earlier this summer, two information sessions provided an overview of the new supportive housing weapons provisions and implementation requirements. 

As providers continue preparing for these changes, questions may remain about updating tenancy agreements ahead of the October 26, 2026 deadline. This session will focus on tenancy agreement amendments, weapons provision details, and provide an opportunity to ask questions and discuss implementation considerations. 

Providers involved in tenancy management, operations, and implementation planning are encouraged to attend.
