On February 28, 2024, new Residential Tenancy Act Regulations will come into effect for supportive housing.
Supportive housing operators are invited to join the Ministry of Housing, including the Residential Tenancy Branch, and BC Housing, for an information session that will include the following topics, and an opportunity to ask questions:
Panel members will share information on the regulation changes, why this change is happening and how it will impact the work of supportive housing operators. BC Housing will share draft operational standards, tenant communication support and discuss the structure of the complaints resolution process. The goal of this session is to support supportive housing operators through the implementation of these changes.
