QMUNITY’s education program delivers nonjudgmental experiential training and workshops for individuals, service providers, and organizations that want help making their organizations more inclusive for all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Through this program, you’ll embark on a journey to engage with the complexities of gender, sexuality, intersectionality, implicit bias, and conflict resolution at a comfortable pace. Designed as a “queer learning circle” for a larger number of participants, this workshop is built soas to engage participants through deeper discussions.
Workshop Prerequisites: After registering for this workshop, registrants will be invited to complete an online learning module “Foundations of 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusivity”. This workshop will take approximately 1 – 2 hours, and require access to the internet. This online module offers participants the opportunity to acquire a baseline understanding of 2SLGBTQIA+ language and notions to prepare you for a dynamic learning experience that encourages reflection on the “norms” our society prescribes us.
Workshop is open to anyone in the sector!
