Property and asset managers often face similar challenges or need to solve problems on the fly and on their own. The BCNPHA Asset Management team is hosting quarterly, informal forum sessions to give non-profit property and asset managers an opportunity to meet and share ideas, ask questions, raise issues, etc.
These 60-minute sessions are hosted online through Zoom and are free of charge, and are scheduled around the in-person forums that are facilitated in the BCNPHA RENT events and Housing Central Conference.
In each Forum, participants can expect to hear about latest funding trends, get updates on any BCNPHA upcoming events or courses, hear about quick project spotlights and a review of relevant updates or action items from previous forums, and have an opportunity to meet others in your role, ask questions of your peers, share resources and build connections.
Please note that these sessions are exclusively for non-profit housing provider staff members.
