By emphasizing empathy, communication skills, and a collaborative approach, landlords and property managers can seek to foster positive relationships with their tenants, creating a more harmonious living environment for everyone.
Bridge-Builders Conflict Resolution and Mediation
Vincent is a skilled community engagement, conflict resolution and mediation specialist with over 20 years of experience in Metro Vancouver. He has successfully facilitated collaboration on over 100 infrastructure and policy projects, working with diverse stakeholders including elected officials, businesses, residents, youth, seniors, persons with a disability and English language learners. Vincent’s expertise in conflict resolution and mediation is backed by his BA in Counselling, and certificates in Collaborative Conflict Resolution and Effective Management åfrom the Justice Institute of BC. He is also a trained restorative justice and trauma informed facilitator. In his space time he volunteers at the Cloverdale Foodbank, Abbotsford Restorative Justice and Advocacy Association, and JIBC where he is a member of the Community Social Justice Department Public Advisory Committee.
