This Online Learning Event will provide an overview of the Global Insurance Market, and provide a summary of the BCNPHA Insurance Program and review various insurance coverage lines.
In this session, there will be a summary of the key risk management considerations for Social Housing Operators. Participants will gain an understanding for the year ahead in the insurance market and renewal considerations: what to expect and potential challenges.

Rory joined Marsh in 2012 in the London (UK) office. In the UK he worked with large international professional service firm clients in Marsh’s FINPRO division. In 2019 Rory moved to Marsh’s Vancouver office initially focusing on large casualty placements for clients headquartered in Western Canada. Rory now leads Marsh’s Vancouver Non-Profit Team. Alongside the BCNPHA Insurance Program the team also offers risk management advice and finds insurance solutions for other non-profit clients in BC and Western Canada.
