The third session in Housing Provider Legal Education Month!
Attendees will learn effective strategies for identifying and mitigating conflict with and between residents, deescalation practices, evidence management, and RTB, provincial court and supreme court chambers best practices. Attendees will receive free resources and guides for use in early dispute resolution interventions, and to support preparation for, and effective advocacy in, RTB hearings. Use of technology to engage in resident management and dispute resolution efficiently will be a central component of the presentation including demonstrations.

Keith is an experienced litigator with macushlaw. He has a general civil litigation practice including corporate, commercial, strata, real property, construction, and tenancy disputes. Keith has assisted housing providers with resolving resident disputes and providing both representation at, and limited scope support to providers respecting, RTB hearings. Keith has also negotiated, settled, and successfully litigated a wide variety of disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
