The Development Readiness Workshop is the foundation of Purpose Driven Development’s Strategic Leadership Workshop, designed to empower organizational leaders and Boards with clarity, tools, and confidence. It was created in response to challenges faced by non-profits, faith-based groups, and Indigenous organizations navigating complex development projects without the strategic framework, risk lens, and internal capacity needed for success.
In this session you will learn the key components of what it means to be “Development Ready,” equipping your organization’s leadership and Board members with the guidance, knowledge, and structured capacity building needed to confidently oversee real estate development projects.
Intended for any nonprofit leaders or Board member considering development now or in the future, this session focuses on real world case studies and is tailored for organizations undertaking or considering development of their real estate assets.
