Jen is the Lead of Sustainable Affordable Housing at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. She led the design of the Sustainable Affordable Housing funding offer and is currently focused on program improvement and operational effectiveness. Prior to joining FCM, Jen led the development of the City of Calgary’s affordable housing strategy and 10 year plan.

As an advisor with FCM’s Programs Outreach team, Benjamin supports Canadian municipalities and their partners, including non-profit and co-operative housing providers, to evaluate and implement innovative sustainable housing initiatives. His background is in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning, and he has planned projects for public infrastructure, neighbourhood development, and energy efficient buildings.
