Program Description

Energy Benchmarking

Energy benchmarking provides actionable insights that empower informed decision-making for affordable housing providers seeking to optimize energy usage, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.

The process involves evaluating a building’s energy efficiency by comparing its energy consumption per square footage to a portfolio of similar building archetypes. BCNPHA’s Asset Management team not only performs free benchmarking for non-profit housing providers using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM), but also generates analytics that go beyond what the tool offers!

Join us to learn more about energy benchmarking and how BCNPHA can help you unlock savings within your buildings and portfolios, from initial investigation to post retrofit verification.
