ICA’s Bystander Intervention Training is a two-part curriculum designed to help individuals actively address and intervene in instances of racism, discrimination and harassment. Bystander Intervention is an essential skill for building safer communities and organizational cultures. Learning how to intervene:• Harm can be interrupted before it escalates.• Affected individuals feel supported rather than isolated.• Teams cultivate trust, accountability, and psychological safety.• Long-term systemic change is promoted, reinforcing fairness and equity
