Prior to joining Encasa, Mike was an Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Financial Advisor at Envision Financial. Mike’s expertise includes investment management and client services.Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Leadership, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

John joined Encasa in 2013 and brings more than 20 years of experience in non-profit housing, including 5 years managing a Toronto-based non-profit housing provider. He worked for Housing Services Corporation from 2006 to 2012, managing Client Services.With a significant background in customer service-related roles in the hospitality and retail industry, John’s expertise includes client communications and project management.
