Program Description

An Overview

Join Susan Lucato, CPA, CGA, for an exclusive seminar tailored to NPO Leaders aiming to refine their financial stewardship skills.

In this seminar, participants will be taken through an overview of the budgeting process intertwined with best practices and tips to streamline your processes. After that, we will take the time to dig deeper into various aspects of the budgeting process, going beyond the “overview best practices” covered in other seminars. We will explore the Who/What/When/Where and How of the budgeting process to ensure your organization’s budgets work for you! You’ll be provided with an Excel template to adapt, review, and use as inspiration. You’ll leave with actionable items to bring to your organization’s budgeting process.

Who Should Attend?

Best suited for Board Members, Executive Directors and NPO staff with responsibilities around the organizations annual budget, preparation, review and approval processes.
