Non-Profit Housing Provider members — categorized by number of units operated — have annual general meeting (AGM) voting privileges.
1-10 Units $185 /Year
11-50 Units $440 /Year
51-250 Units $940 /Year
251-500 Units $1,390 /Year
501-1,500 Units $2,035 /Year
1,501+ Units $3,040 /Year
Associate Members are non-voting. They include non-profit housing providers with units under development, non-profit organizations, commercial, and government.
Non-profit societies not yet operating housing, but with units under development. Development financing or funding is secured, and the society intends to manage and operate the developed units.
Non-profit or charitable organizations that do not operate housing, but support BCNPHA’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This includes organizations intending to develop future housing.
For-profit organizations supporting BCNPHA’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Municipal, provincial, and federal governments and crown corporations supporting BCNPHA’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
