The District of West Vancouver has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition and development of 1.75 acre vacant site near the West Vancouver Community Centre. The site is zoned to allow multifamily residential development, with one part designated for market housing and one part designated for affordable rental housing. The RFP has been posted to BC Bid. Proposals are due by 2:00pm local time on Monday, April 12, 2021.
