BCNPHA hosts several resources and guides/templates for the non-profit housing sector. The Policy Template Guide is one of our most accessed materials. The document was first created in 2003, and as non-profit housing providers’ business practices and their operating context evolve, the policy templates and their language must be reviewed and updated.
BCNPHA invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit a proposal for this update.
The Request for Proposal outlines the expectations and submission requirements. Proposals must be received no later than 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time, September 15th, 2020.
