Media Advisory: 2019 Canadian Rental Housing Index to unveil new housing affordability data for key electoral districts and demographic groups ahead of federal election

TORONTO, ONT (September 16, 2019) – With the Federal Election campaign underway and housing affordability a key issues for Canadians, media are invited to attend as a national partnership of housing organizations launch the 2019 Canadian Rental Housing Index. The Index will provide riding-specific data around the regions and provinces hardest hit by Canada’s rental housing affordability crisis as well as put a face to the specific demographic groups being most impacted by this issue.
