COHO Management is hiring housing co-op administrators for co-ops located in the Greater Vancouver area!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for talented individuals who want to work for a mission-based organization, are inspired by meaningful work amongst diverse communities and who share our priorities of good governance and sound management for housing co-operatives. You may be a great candidate if you:

– Have at least three years’ experience in a financial and/or administrative role in a medium to large organization
– Have volunteered as a director at your housing co-op or a non-profit society, attended CHF BC education events and/or have a strong knowledge of housing co-op governance
– Have working knowledge of the management of a multi-unit residential building
– Are a quick learner and can thrive in a fast paced environment.
– Are customer focused
