Heather Swail is the Operations Manager of Richmond’s Indoor Environmental Quality group at Pinchin Ltd. With over a decade of experience in the IEQ field, she provides technical expertise, training, and management consulting services to a diverse range of workplace clients. She has conducted or overseen hundreds of mould and indoor air quality surveys across various industries, including construction, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, office, and healthcare settings. Heather holds a Master of Environment from the University of Manitoba.
