What’s Next?
Once you complete your registration for a BCNPHA online course or 30-day module, you will receive a welcome email with course details and login information from HousingU, BCNPHA’s online learning management system (learn@bcnpha.ca), within one week of the course start date (for facilitated online courses), or on the 1st or 15th of each (for 30-day modules). If you do not receive a welcome email on your course or module start date, please contact learn@bcnpha.ca for assistance.

If you completed your registration for a BCNPHA webinar, you will receive your dial-in instructions one week prior to the webinar. If you did not receive the dial-in instructions, please contact learn@bcnpha.ca for assistance.

Module Duration
Modules are 30 days in length, and run throughout the year, beginning on the 1st and 15th of each month. You may register for a module at any time throughout the month or year. You will receive your log-in details either on the 1st of each month, depending on which date you registered. For example, if you register any time from March 16-April 1, you will receive your log in-instructions and access to the module on April 1. If you register anytime from April 2-15, you will receive your log-in instructions and access to the module on April 15.

Once you receive your log-in details, you can log into HousingU at any time to start your module. You will have 30 days to complete the module from the date that you receive your log-in instructions. For example, if you received your log-in details on April 1, you will have until April 30 to complete the module. If you received your log-in details on April 15, you will have until May 15 to complete the module. After the 30-day enrollment period, you will be automatically un-enrolled from the module. If you do not complete the module within 30 days, you will have to re-register for the module.

Cancellation Policy
Courses, modules and webinars are non-transferable. Any cancellations or changes to course registration by the registrant must be made in writing to learn@bcnpha.ca. Cancellations received 7 days prior to a course’s starting date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course’s start date will receive a full refund, less a 20% processing fee. No refund will be given for 1) cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a course’s start date; or 2) for cancellations at any time prior to 30-day course modules and webinars (non-refundable).

If, for any reason, BCNPHA cancels a course, module or webinar, registrants will receive a full refund. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed.
