What’s Next?
Once you complete your registration for a BCNPHA online course or 30-day module, you will receive a welcome email with course details and login information from HousingU, BCNPHA’s online learning management system (learn@bcnpha.ca), within one week of the course start date (for facilitated online courses), or 24 hours prior to the module start date (for 30-day modules). If you do not receive a welcome email 24 hours prior to your course or module starting, please contact learn@bcnpha.ca for assistance.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to course registration must be made in writing to learn@bcnpha.ca. Cancellations received 7 days prior to the course’s starting date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course’s start date will receive a full refund, less a 20% processing fee. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the course’s start date. If for any reason we cancel this course, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed. 30-day course modules are non-refundable.
